The purpose of this website is to maintain the Atlanta Pétanque League’s membership list and to facilitate the creation of a calendar of events, Tournaments and Social events, and to allow members of the Atlanta Pétanque League to sign up for these events.
Current Members of the Atlanta Pétanque League will log in prior to updating their user profile or registering for events. Paying for membership renewal is done via the My Profile sub-menu option under the Members menu option.
New members will subscribe to the site and create a user profile under the Setup menu option.
In order to register for an event, members will have to login.
Members will register individually for a Panache.
When registering for a Doublette or a Triplette, ONLY one member of the team will register the team.
The first and last names of the person registering will be pre-filled. The names of the additional player(s) will be typed in the other(s) field(s) and will appear on the roster as typed in.
In order to cancel a tournament registration, the person who initially created the registration must cancel it by clicking on the cancel link.
A Doublette or Triplette cancelation removes the whole team from the roster.
Non-logged in members will be able to see the events and the associated rosters but will not be able to register for events.
Events will be viewed and accessed via the Calendar page. Clicking on the logo or the Details link will show the details for the event and will provide a Register link for logged in users.
